Culinary tours are very common in Spain and offer an opportunity to taste the best of Spanish food and wine. Tempranillo, which is a variety of premium red wine, is a specialty of the Rioja region. Sherry is a very popular wine produced in Jerez and its surrounding areas in the Cadiz region.
