Full English Breakfast


Ingredients:

  •  tin of baked beans
  • 2 rounds of bread
  • black pudding
  • 2 hash browns
  • cooking oil
  • salt - to taste
  • brown sauce (look for HP brown sauce) - to taste
  •  2 Cumberland sausages
  • 2 rashers of smoked bacon
  • 2 eggs
  • mushrooms
  • 1 tomato   

 

 


Method:

Cut the mushrooms into thin slices. Then cut the sausage into slices about 1.5 cm. Cut tomatoes in half. Empty the can of beans in a saucepan. Do not use a microwave because it takes a lot of liquid and taste away.

Grill sausages, bacon and tomatoes, halved depending on your taste. In England, there are many schools of thought on what is the best way to cook bacon, but I prefer it to be lightly toasted.

Add a little oil in a pan and fry off the black pudding and mushrooms together. They are ready when the mushrooms are golden brown. Move them in a heat-resistant dish and place in the bottom of the oven to keep warm.

Start gently simmering pan of baked beans - Do not overcook as they will drive.

Add oil to the pan (about 2 tablespoons) and place a round of bread and brown - repeat for the second installment and keep warm.
