stuffed squid

Ingredients:
 300 grams of potatoes
 five small squid
4-5 spoons of breadcrumbs, a tablespoon of grated Parmesan cheese,
1 mozzarella (or other similar cheese)
 1 egg, extra virgin olive oil from Puglia.

Recipe:
After cleaning the squid, prepare the filling by mixing bread crumbs, Parmesan cheese, mozzarella (or other similar cheese) and an egg. Place the stuffing inside the squid with care not to break them.
Grease a pan with extra virgin olive oil from Puglia, take the sliced ​​potatoes and squid, take up a little oil and bake at 160-180 degrees C for half an hour.
